MELODY ANGEL / PETER HUNT AND THE GREAT OUTDOORS /RICKY LIONTONES

If your weekend plans don't include hitting up the MELODY ANGEL gig, you might as well toss your vintage band tees and call it a night. This Saturday, the subterranean sanctuary of sound enthusiasts is hosting a triple threat lineup that’s more electrifying than a lightning storm over Coachella. MELODY ANGEL is set to take you on an astral journey with her ethereal vocals that float through the room like whispers of a secret you can almost—but never fully—grasp. Opening the night, Peter Hunt and The Great Outdoors will unfurl their cinematic soundscapes, echoing the feeling of a Wes Anderson montage soundtracked by your wildest dreams. And let's not forget Ricky Liontones, whose gritty, garage-infused riffs could resurrect CBGB’s from the dead. This is the kind of night your future self will wish they could time travel back to, the kind that makes you yearn for the days when music still felt like magic. Don’t say we didn’t warn you when your social feeds blow up with highlights you missed.
